The experience with Tomlinson Photography was above satisfactory. The photographer was prompt, polite, and managed the photo session in a timely and effective manner. I will definitely be returning for any professional photos that I need in the future.Apr 18, 2018
I hired Tomlinson Photography to collaborate on a shoot with me and they were everything I had hoped and some. They arrived early to setup, were professional, knew what they were doing and got the shots we needed. Definitely recommend them.Apr 18, 2018
They did my maternity pictures and my sons first pictures. It was amazing. They are wonderful people, they work with you and are very gentle and great with babies. The pictures came out AMAZING! I would highly recommend them to everyone who is wanting pictures done for any occasion!Apr 18, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? When we give you a price it will never change. We don't charge by the hour. We work until we feel we have all the shots we need. Sometimes everything comes together quickly, sometimes it takes a little longer. But either way, the price remains the same. Our clients are paying for the finished product, not the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We like to tell the customer about our style - how we use lighting, time, and space. We'll gather details about what the customer needs, so we have a clear picture of the project. We'll set a day and time for consultation and the actual shoot. If we're shooting outdoors in an area we're not familiar with, we'll make the time (at our expense) to properly scout for the best shoot locations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I (Justin) was a portrait sketch artist. I would sketch people, their emotions, their features. One day, while taking a graphic design course in school, it hit me that I could better capture those things with photography. So I purchased my first camera and went on my way. My wife, Brittani, had her interest peaked on our first newborn shoot. She began shooting and found her personal passion was for animals. She has a heart for babies and animals and her photography reveals that about her.
