Bundle Radon testing with any service and receive a discount. Home inspection and mold investigations are both flat rates of $350.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk customers through what I will be looking for so they know what to expect. My home inspections include thermal imaging. I also sign customers up for the porch buyback gurantee. To ensure they receive $100 in handyman services and a gold membership.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified professional inspector through interNACHI. The largest association of home inspectors in the world. As well as mold IAC certified for radon and mold.
