Great attention to detail, during the initial walkthrough, Shane highlighted everything that needed to be done to sell our home quickly! Then brought in a professional photographer! 5 days on the market, full asking price! Shane had the house sold before our first open house!

Shane was a SUPER agent for us. He brought great knowledge of local builders, neighborhoods (especially within Sycamore schools where we were looking), house features, and was a great sounding board for negotiation with our builder. He was ALWAYS available to talk, text when needed, immediately responsive to questions. We used online search tools to find available properties, Shane was always able to provide quick insight, get us right in to see the property when convenient for us, and often brought properties to our attention that we didn't find ourselves. Very, very happy with Shane, would definitely recommend him and use him again !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers pay nothing for my services, my brokers commission is paid for by the sellers. When I list a house, my brokers commission is negotiated between the sellers and myself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet & or talk on the phone with new customers. I always tailor the new customer needs to their lifestyle. I like to meet in person as the relationship in buying or selling Real Estate is as important as anything else in the process.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this business as it was always a dream to serve people the way I would be expected to be served.
