The owner and his wife are very responsive and they did a great job cutting down a tree of mine that was damaging my property. Outside of the regular hazards of cutting down a tree, they also had to be mindful of electric lines that ran through the tree.
They gave great updates, including kindly texting me photos before and after the work was done, as I live out of state, and they were very professional and courteous to text ahead of time to confirm their arrival time. Although promptness is important, there was plenty of flexibility in completing the job. However, even knowing that, when they were running later than they planned on getting at my property, due to good reasons, they let me know ahead of time which speaks volumes about the integrity of their service and keeping clients up to date.
I didn't get multiple quotes so not sure about value, but seemed like they were reasonably priced.
I used them on this one project and am already planning on using them again for some other projects that they are quoting. I would definitly recommend them.
And, just to note, I am not a friend or family member trying to talk them up. Up until they did this work, I had never met them before.
