- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set prices for all jobs. Prices go down when bundled with other projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers who get us through Thumbtack will pay COD. We work a more flexable billing schedule for repeat customers. We always start off by looking at the work that needs to be done and explaining to the customer their options before we start working on said project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the two owners we have over 18 years in plumbing. We are licensed for comercial and residential in North and South Carolina. We are insured.
