- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base rate for 1on1 hour sessions is $60 but it goes down from there based on how many sessions you purchase upfront, which is great when paired up with paying via credit card, PayPal credit etc! My 30 minute sessions are as follows: 2x per week (8 sessions): $300 per month 3x per week (12 sessions): $400 per month 4x per week (16 sessions): $500 per month 5x per week (20 sessions): $600 per month There are also discounts given for purchasing multiple months upfront on 30 minute sessions. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client wishes to start with me, they fill out either my contact form or my client application form on my website (jayjohnsonmlp.com). I respond typically within the hour and we set up a time to speak via phone to discuss goals, setbacks, current routine, injury history etc to build a foundation. We then will come up with the most efficient and budget-friendly option and get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology with a minor in Biology from East Carolina University. I am also ISSA and PTA Global certified in personally training and athletic coaching.
