Introduction: We do not quote a lot of jobs on Thumbtack. If We quoted one for you, then We feel that we can meet and exceed your expectations of the job you have listed as available. We do everything we can to provide a safe and legal service, so we are FAA Part 107 UAS Licensed, MNDOT Commercial UAS licensed and our aircraft is FAA and MNDOT registered. We are one of only a few in MN that have all the required licenses needed. The FAA license is not enough to do commercial work in MN. Pilots MUST have MNDOT license to operate legally in MN. We will provide all paperwork if requested. We currently have FAA authorization to fly past civil twilight and airspace authorizations to fly in all airspace in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area (with very little restricted airspace next to and above the airports) We are also fully insured. What I enjoy more than anything is seeing the expression on peoples faces when we show them the video or photos we have taken for them. Using the latest drone technology is pretty cool too though.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 main packages that I use to base my quotes off of however, I like to customize the quote to the individual project to give the customer the best price possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them prior to the project if at all possible, but at least a phone conversation so that I can start researching the project. Often this includes learning about what the customer is selling. I also like to find out what the customer wants audience to feel when they watch the video, also who is their audience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Graphic Design, and also a E-Commerce degree. With my graphic design background I have a trained eye for composition, and artistic ability.
