“Commercial cleaning” - we were quoted 85$ for 1 room which is our living room , he only completed half of this and stated it was considered two rooms , despite not having to really move furniture which was also included in the cost... also we were expecting commercial grade equipment and supplies all supplies used were ones available to the public , and the machine used was one My mother could have rented herself ... I booked this for my mother with the expectation it would be high end commercial equipment, and supplies ... I had my own carpets done in Florida and the company came with a huge truck and tubing “commercial grade equipment!” Overall happy my mom didn’t do the job herself but still disappointed with the outcome - the room did not smell any better after than prior to treatment. - we do have pet stains and were hoping this would help but really not much of a difference seen at all ...

Sorry, but is was a running room(living/dining). Your mother was extremely satisfied with the job that was done. And yes, an industrial carpet cleaner was used. And yes, industrial carpet cleaners can be rented to the public. The ammonia and urine stains/smell were removed. She thanked me and said she was able to breathe again. Even asked for the name of the deodorizer that was used because she was pleased with the smell. I do apologize that you did not know a running room is considered 2rooms(living/dining).
