FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends upon a number of things. The project itself. The materials involved. Time frame. Difficulty of the work involved. Once the customer and I discuss the project in depth, my pricing and those factor are easier to determine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer. Discuss their project. Get an idea of their wants and needs. Make a few preliminary designs and sketches. Show the customer the options they have while discussing their financial capabilities. Throughout this time the customer and I get to know one another. Hopefully after the initial meeting, we can move forward and get their project signed and underway.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training and education I obtained on the job. Over 33 years of building and maintenance I've been blessed to be trained by and mentored with some of the finest craftsmen in the business. Excellent learning experiences for me. I've been able to pass those experiences and abilities down to my employees to benefit my customers.
