I would give Nasrin six stars if I could. She agreed to prepare dinner for two on the occasion of my wife's birthday. Over the course of 10-days of planning she consistently demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and reliability. On the night of the surprise dinner, she produced a delicious feast of regional dishes, in generous quantities. My wife was surprised and delighted, so I couldn't have been happier. Nasrin and her crew were a pleasure to work with! She went the extra mile with a few of our guest’s dietary requirements/food allergies. All of the food was perfectly prepared and ready when my guests were hungry. That was the best food that we ever had with catering company and be that delicious. We hired Healthy Catering for a party at our home for 80 guests. Nasrin proposed a menu that included appetizers, entrees and desserts. Everything went well on the day of the event. Nasrin went the extra mile by making extra veg dishes that we didn't order. Our guests loved her vegetarian and non-veg dishes. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always welcome new customers with open arms and make sure that i have an in depth conversation about what type of service and meals they want to be able to provide only the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In 2015, i attended the Washington Art Institute and have been the executive chef for the Healthy Catering Company since 2004.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Since i was young, the colors and smell of the herbs and produce has always intrigued me, from then on, i was fascinated by cooking and the overall process. The smell of the herbs, the sound of the oil sizzling, and the color of the freshest ingredients has always been a passion of mine. Cooking has become more than a hobby...its become a lifestyle.
