Ken visited the site and helped me with the design, meterial and getting my hoa approvals. The entire project went very smooth. Now I have a beautiful patio in my back yard. Still waiting for sun to come up and we can start using the patio.

Ken and team at Four Seasons recently completed a patio for us with Trex steps - from the first interaction, Ken worked with us to find the best option for our situation (ended up being a patio, versus a deck) versus simply just quickly 'selling us' as other contractors did. He provided transparent pricing on sizes, options & was great in answering questions both on that day and in subsequent follow-ups in a way that were easily understood. The patio was installed onto unlevel ground, of which they fixed over the course of a day - and then placed pavers on top. This project was completed promptly and to a high standard. The final product is suburb and I cannot recommend Ken / Four Seasons enough for your next project. A+++++

Ken is very knowledgeable and an honest broker. We compared various deck specialists and found some commonalities among the quotes and assessments. With Ken, we found that he did not try to upcharge or recommend unnecessary, additions to consider. In fact, when we offered up other contractor’s assessments, he provided context on their recommendations and shared his professional opinion on why the recommendations were unnecessary. He could have simply agreed with the other assessment and undercut the price; but, he stayed true and said they were not needed. Additionally, his crew, led by Cano (sp?) is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and effective. They installed the rear beam to bring our old deck into code and did so with utmost care to the existing patio bricks and surrounding landscape. These guys impressed us and acted like quiet professionals. We will absolutely use them for our next project. We found our go to people!!!! Great job, Ken and crew!
