FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a quick phone call to discuss overall goals, timeline and budget. If we determine that our team's experience and skills are a good fit, we will define a discovery period that provides time to meet with key stakeholders, and gather the necessary information to design & build a solution. This may be structured in phases or all-at-once dependent on requirements. Once we agree on the features, scope and timeframe we will begin the design & development portion of the project. Testing, Launch & Review are the final steps of the project which ensure that the goals were met, customers feedback and collected and any future goals or next steps are identified.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of quality work in digital product development, software engineering and business automation. I have helped teams at CBS Television and University of Southern California adopt agile development techniques and rapid development technologies such as Ruby on Rails. Previous to founding New Leaders as a consultant I was the initial developer at Groupsite.com and helped build that platform to serve thousands of groups.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with startups to develop web-based products. We also work with business owners to automate more of their current operations and workflows into their own web-based business operating system. The common factor is these business owners want to take the lead among their competitors, and use tightly integrated software as their competitive advantage. The resulting business system is an asset that provides both cashflow and valuable equity that can make a company desirable for its current or future owners.
