Introduction: Monib Thomas has been a dedicated pastor, relationship/life coach and transformational speaker for over 20 years. While serving as a pastor he has had the opportunity to coach several single and married couples, helping them gain tranquility and victory over life's struggles and assisting them in achieving their goals. He is also called upon to equip and motivate others to live their best life now and to catapult them into their destinies.
He has served selflessly as a relationship/life coach for 20 years , within that time frame a keen understanding of vision casting, strategic planning and problem solving was garnered. He then begin to use his skills and knowledge to teach other leaders to reach their relationship, career and business goals.
Having always had a robust appetite for knowledge, he was led to attend World Harvest Bible College located in Columbus Ohio. Desiring more, he went on to become a collegiate learner of Behavioral Science and Social Science at Liberty University, located in Lynchburg Virginia, with many of the courses studied consisting of psychology and counseling.
His integrity, honesty and respect for others are qualities that his past clients have been thankful for and his current clients enjoy about him.
Monib Kofi Thomas has been married for 27 years to Lisa Thomas, and together they have raised five amazing children.

Monib was excellent. We could feel the spirit of God every time we were in the room with him. He had an excellent energy and we were thrilled to have him officiate our wedding. Monib is someone that everyone loves the moment you meet him. Just WAW! If I had to use one word to give a feedback would be speechless. He was just great to say the least and MOST importantly for me my husband was moved, opened and willing to put in the work for our marriage. We have had Counselling before and never ever have I gotten such cooperation with my husband. A heart full THANK YOU for listening to us and not making any one of us feel unheard. If only there were 10 stars— Monib is your relational strategic advantage. His attentiveness, genuine care, objective demeanor, wisdom and passion for his craft show from initial outreach to a booked session.
I originally reached out to Monib in the happiest of times; for premarital counseling. Imagine your relationship crumbing a few short months before the wedding!
Needless to say things have been rough and when push came to shove I still chose a session with Monib for guidance, and to help balance my thinking.
Best decision I’ve made in weeks!! I went from hostile to hopeful in an hour. I felt more like myself again. I believe in myself again. I felt so worth it again! He help to start the restoration process on all I thought was lost within myself, and he even gave me valuable homework!!
His gentleness and active listening in difficult situations is such that he can ask hard questions without leaving you feeling singed. He has earned my vote of confidence and repeat business. If you’re on the fence, book. You won’t be disappointed.
