FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is almost always based upon the specific needs of the client and the size and scope of the project. I try to settle on a price that both respects the market rate and the rates of my colleagues, while working to remain competitive and understanding of a client's particular situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to collect as much information I can, not only about the project, but what the client is expecting from the project and from the process. I've had clients that enjoy remaining hands-on as I've worked through their specific needs, as well as clients that operate from a more supervisory position--checking in during milestones. Understanding the expectations is paramount to a good client relationship, and each relationship is different than the last.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been studying Communications at Mercer University, but apart from college, I've been acting and participating in the communities that I have encountered. I've produced content for my local Board of Education, helped edit and craft screenplays with my peers for new media and traditional distribution, and self-produce my own work with contemporaries under the name Pavilion Arts. I've been working with everyone from SAG-AFTRA affiliated actors to Marketing Managers and local governmental bodies.
