- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we get to know i little bit about each other to relax and seeing what the customer wants. Then we will work together. The customer will come back and we'll make any changes/additions/deletions. I will assemble the final product and have the customer review for their satisfaction. When the customer is 110% satisfied, I will l complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in customer satisfaction for 43 years. First being a hardware technician and and the last 34 years being a manager responsible for customer satisfaction. I have over 100 hours in online training in adobe products.
