Their response was very fast. He arrived in time tonour appointment gave me a quote onsite and was able to start weekly pool service the very next week. Cleaning has been done for two weeks so far and everything looks great in the pool.Sep 6, 2017
We're newer to the area, recently built a pool. I traded a couple of messages with Josh and decided to go with him based on his experience and background. Let me say that I'm nothing short of impressed! He's been out to our pool several times in less than 2 weeks to make sure it's clean. He gave us a few tips on managing our Aqualink remote. He has checked back with us too, to make sure all of our question were answered. He'll even come out at 2am on a winter night to make sure your pump is working and avoid freezing. If you're reading this and considering Blue Wave Pool, send him a message and see for yourself. You'll get more than you pay for.Mar 21, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Full Service starting at $150/month Every Other Week Full Service Starting at $120/Month Chemicals Only Services are $95/Month All Services Include All Chemicals All Services are billed w/ average billing, meaning your bill is always the same! Our prices vary depending on the size of the pool, presence of foliage and the presence of an inline pool cleaner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with a meet and greet where I can review the pool, give an accurate quote for the cost of service as well as walk them through all of my steps on what I do and how. Next I go over the basics of pool ownership, keeping the water level at the mid-tile line to prevent pump damage, the day I will be there for routine service, etc. Once that is done, I give them a Credit Card Authorization Form, this is a form with their signature that authorizes my company to bill them for their services once per month, this way they do not have to keep it in mind and it works just like AutoPay!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have attended several training classes and obtained a Trained Professional Certified Pool Technicians license, this license certifies that I have been through the proper courses on pool chemistry, pool trouble shooting and maintenance that are expected of a pool professional.
