- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to work with our customers on a personal level. Being a smaller company, we can be flexible when pricing. As we understand that sometimes, help is needed and eletrical can get expensive. We try to be fair and honest with our pricing. Also, if we see a way to save our customers money, we don't hesitate to let them know! Honesty and character will eventually make you more successful than trying to make as much as you can get away with charging someone. Yes this is business but never forget that you are dealing with humans and character will always carry you if you treat customers right!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After agreeing to a cost, we look forward to meeting our customers in person! Our customer service is second to none. We go out our way to make our customer feel comfortable and at ease with someone being in their home or business. In the end of the day, you are letting a stranger into your home or business. Upon completion of a project, we always thank our customers as well as send follow up emails or text to show our appreciation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school vocational training then later took up a couple courses in a vocational college. Since being licensed, I have completed several courses including continuing education classes. Not just courses required by the state but additional courses that educate and keep us up to date on codes. Again, when you have a passion and joy for something, you can never learn too much! As there is always more to learn.
