- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Without first seeing the condition of the home or building, it’s hard to put a reasonable quote on a job. All my quotes are the base price, and could go up slightly depending on condition. I’d be happy to come give you a free estimate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends what type of job is needed. Most jobs I initially do a deep clean and then maintain weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, whichever you prefer. Move outs are my specialty and includes pretty much every nook and cranny in a home.
