I have been a member at Momentum for 10 years. I have done everything from group fitness to personal training and I can't say enough about the positive energy and encouragement not only from staff but members alike. Kristin Dailey has been my personal trainer for years and she's amazing! Her knowledge and enthusiasm has kept me coming back time and again!
