- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are extremely competitive. As a freelancer, I do not have the overhead of an advertising agency and the savings are passed along to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First -- Phone call with client to discuss generals of the project Second -- Meeting to discuss project more in depth (if needed) Third -- I begin working! Proofs are emailed to the client Fourth -- Editing stage via email Fifth -- Approved! Final project is supplied to client & printer (if applicable) Sixth -- Follow-up through printing process Seventh -- Invoice to client
