- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a scaled commission structure to provide my clients with choices. Are you someone who prefers DIY or do you prefer to hand the keys to a pro who will handle all the details. I have different listing options to meet each of my client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I am very flexible in how I can communicate with clients. I try to make this process as easy as possible. We can meet in person, we can have a meeting over the phone, we can communicate by text, email or even Snap Chat. If you are a home buyer we can do most of our first meeting over the phone or electronically, as we can assess what criteria you are looking for and I can get you set up on a search of the Central Virginia MLS or Northern Virginia MRIS. Once you find homes you would like to see, I set up tours for you to go see them. If you are a home seller, its a good idea for us to meet at your home so I can effectively see where your home fits in with the comparable homes in your neighborhood that have sold recently or are on the market currently. Then we can discuss how to most effectively market your home to get it in front of the most qualified buyers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am currently an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) so I have received special training to assist buyers in shopping for and buying their new home. I have also completed a course in New Home Construction and Buyer Representation so I may better assist my clients when they want to build their dream home. I am in the process of getting my Seller Representative Specialist certification. I will also be taking the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Class in September. I never pass up an opportunity to learn new things to help my clients be more effective in their real estate transactions.
