I meet Herman at an open house where he was looking at a multi-family house for one of his investors. While speaking with him, he informed he is a real estate broker and runs his own company. He has a great personality and very knowledgeable in the rental housing market. I informed him when I purchase my first investment property, I would call him. He was surprised I remembered him and called. I am very pleased I did. Herman provided a lot of valuable information about what to fix in the apartment to attract a better client and higher rent. Herman found me a great tenant for my small 2 bedrooms apartment in Revere for $1850. I highly recommend Herman and will use him for my future rentals.
