- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
V.E.S. Development offers free estimates for all potential customers. Quotes are built specifically for jobs we have been hired for, therefore price varies. We offer comparable prices for incomparably excellent quality work. Travel fee may incur for estimates 30+ miles away, we will notify you if this is the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to speak with you at length about the specifics of the job. Any pictures, inspiration or specific ideas you’d like to provide, we want to hear. We visit your job site at a time that is convenient for you and provide you with an accurate estimate. We typically begin our project one to two days after estimate unless same-day is requested and possible for our crew. We strive to finish on or ahead of time. We do not accept payment until we’ve completed acceptable and satisfactory work.
