Dan Higgins Wood Flooring Warehouse is a family owned and operated showroom and contracting business, founded in 1985 by Dan Higgins at the age of 22. Today, 30 years later, we serve customers out of two showrooms and still do all of our own installations in NJ, PA and DE using our own employees. We pride ourselves in selling products that will be beautiful, practical and affordable and servicing them for as long as you own your home, while sending out clean-cut, courteous employees to perform their art; hardwood flooring installation. We recently used Dan Higgins to replace all of the floors in our new home. I am extremely selective about who I hire, conduct extensive research beforehand, and expect excellent service from start to finish. Dan Higgins delivered that and more. From the beginning, Emma at the sales office was wonderful to work with - friendly, responsive, and helpful. Chuck came out to measure our house and provide quotes, and was extremely thorough in explaining pricing and options. Likewise, the gentleman who delivered our floors was prompt, polite, and efficient. The flooring crew arrived on time, worked hard, answered all of my questions, kept the house extremely clean, communicated with me about my preferences, and was overall a pleasure to work with. Ed was our project manager and could not have been better. It's always a bit scary to hire someone for such a large-scale job, but I felt at ease using Dan Higgins throughout the entire process and our floors turned out beautifully. We received a card from them thanking us for our business - little touches like this go a long way and reflect their attention to customer service. My husband and I highly recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat.
