- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% discount for military veterans. We also offer a 5% discount for seniors. A 5% discount for vegans And a 5% discount for entrepreneurs and business owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can expect us to show up on time for a detailed estimate. We start inside showing you our work, answering questions as well as asking questions to ensure you get the best quality job possible. Then we will go outside to show you exactly what we will be doing to your home and what you can expect from us. Then we’ll let you look through our book while we come up with measurements. Lastly we will come back in same day (within 30-60min) with a detailed estimate and hopefully schedule a time to work together. Next, we will ask for a 25% deposit and schedule a time for a color consultation to bring out sample quarts and ensure you love your colors! Last, we paint with detailed quality and care!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree and pursuing my bachelors in business management and entrepreneurship. I also worked with College Works Painting for 4 years as a district manager and have overseen over $1,132,000.00 in revenue. I can ensure we will do a good job and leave you satisfied.
