- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the nature of each project. The number of sessions needed will depend on the size of the home and the scope of the project. You can see all of my packages and rates on my website under Packages & Rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we'll talk on the phone for about 15-30 minutes to get a sense of your needs and to see if we're a great fit for working together. We'll talk about your timeline, budget, goals and priorities. Then we'll schedule our first organizing session, which usually lasts 5 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an executive for 20 years and have my Masters in Business Administration. I am a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, and I am also a certified KonMari Consultant for the KonMari Method, which was created by NY Times bestselling author and de-cluttering guru, Marie Kondo.
