- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer hires me as their coach, I will have a 30-45 minutes phone call with them. We will go over their current diet, workout routine and overall schedule they follow during the week. From there, I will construct a custom plan to the client's needs and get back with them a few days later with phase 1 of their program. Their are 3 phases in my training program. Phases are designed to ensure clients are meeting their goals and to allow adjustments in their training and diet in each phase.
