Introduction: I have been in the cleaning industry for more than a decade. Throughout this time my goal has been not only meet my customers expectations but exceed them. I offer a customized cleaning service because I believe every home is different and thus has different needs, I like to evaluate my customers homes in order to determine what I need to do in order to reach the highest level of cleanliness. I then discuss this and any customer concerns with them. I take pride in my attention to detail and customer satisfaction. That's why my work is guaranteed. The thing that I enjoy most about what I do is hearing the happiness in my customers voices when they tell me how happy they are to have a clean home (and that I am the best cleaning person that they've ever had). I also enjoy the feeling that I get after a job well done!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to evaluate my customer's homes in order to determine what I need to do in order to achieve the highest level of cleanliness. I then discuss what I find in addition to any customer issues with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from the experience I've gained by having my own business, I also have worked for two cleaning companies in the past.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My friends and family encouraged me to start a cleaning business after I bought a home that needed a lot of TLC, They saw what a difference I made in my home and encouraged me to start a business making a difference in other people's homes.
