- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask my clients questions to determine their travel style, their budget, and their interests. After I have a good idea of what my client is looking for out of their vacation I begin researching to find vacation components, such as hotels, tours, and activities, that suit their needs and desires. I provide my clients with a few different options within their budget so they can compare them and choose the ones they like the best.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of people in all stages of life. I've had clients with all types of budgets, from bare bones to luxury and everything in between. Some of my clients are young couples eager for adventure. Some are families with children of different ages looking for a vacation that will keep everyone happy, and some are looking for art, history, and culture in Europe. I've had clients who want a vacation filled with activity and others who are looking for the perfect beach to relax and do nothing. Everyone has a different idea of the perfect vacation. I listen to my clients to help them find their idea of paradise.
