- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always work within your budget. Some tasks may take 1-2 hours, others may be more extensive and require weeks. -You have to have flexible pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple, we discuss your project, identify a timeline or milestones for the task deliverables, agree on a price and I submit an invoice either at certain milestone points or after the project tasks are complete. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent several years in college focused on CAD Drafting, Design and Engineering Technology and have a degree in Drafting and Design Technology. I also have 20 years of actual real world industry working experience.
