What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard packages for our social media marketing services and they can be found on our website. For our monthly email newsletters, we charge based on number of contacts in your list. Prices range from $300-$500 per month for that service. For all other services, we are happy to give fast, easy custom quotes with no hidden fees or obligation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the client on the phone or in person (whatever is most convenient for them) and ask lots of questions to determine what the clients goals are. We take that information and immediately go to work. It is our intent to surpass their expectations on every job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree - Internet Marketing Master's Degree - Web Analytics Member - International Marketing Association Over 23 years of experience in Marketing and Technology in Central Florida.
