- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always charge a fixed rate. I am very transparent about my fees prior to doing any work or submitting your return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
for a new customer I would want to do an initial consultation just to get all the details sorted out and agree on moving forward with the customers best interest in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AsA a Certified tax preparer and Licensed insurance agent. I'm always continuing my education as tax and Insurance laws are always changing.
