FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do have a standard pricing system that we share with the customer before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is listen to the customer on what issue they are currently experiencing. We will also ask you of some history of your system. e.g. Have you had this problem in the past? Has it had other issues lately? What do you like and dislike about your HVAC system? Afterwards we will diagnose your current issue and present you with a range of options along with pricing to fit your current budget. It is our goal to not only repair your system but to create a relationship that you would want to share with your family, friends, neighbors and coworkers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father owns Sonny Riddle Electric. He taught me the electrical trade.I then attended HVAC classes under Doug Lacey at Grayson County Community College from 1987 to the fall of 1990 with certificate of completion. I completed my internship under Steve Culpepper at Culpeppers heat and air. I had my HVAC mechanical contractors license by 1992. I am also EPA certified and hold my Texas electrical contractors license. I have OSHA 30 certification and complete an annual continuing education course to complete for my Class A air conditioning and refrigeration contractors license.
