My iMac needed repair. I Arranged through Thumbtack to have Zak, ATA Technology to come and assess the problem. He was prompt and knowledgeable. We agreed he would take my computer for repair. Zak kept in touch with me during the time he had it and brought it back to me repaired.I was very satisfied dealing with Zak and making contact with Thumbtack.

Needed my laptop fixed . Sent out a message on what was wrong . Received a message immediately . Zach actually came that same day to see my computer took it fixed it and has been in contact the entire time on what's happening with my laptop. Very professional and unlike Best Buy he didn't try to rip me off.
