- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we price by volume. Because most of the landfills that we use charge us by volume...so that's how much space your items take up... Customers have to remember that all those junk items have to be properly dumped(environmentally sound ) we recylce recyclable items, and donate donate able items ...we are and avid supporter and contributor of being green and recycling reducing and reusing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired for the job....basically being punctual with the agreed upon time for work to be started, and introduction of worker or workers to the customer and a short walk thru of the area where the items for removal are and then the start of the junk removal process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with large scale franchise junk removal companies in the past 5yrs and I have other related skills and knowledge of the wastemanagement industry
