I have not had the opportunity to work with Mr. Nunnally just yet, but out of all the other contractors, Mr. Nunnally is the only company that kept his appointment. He was professional as well as punctual. I definitely will consider giving CFS my business.

I had originally contacted a contractor found on Thumbtack on November 29,2018. The company had raving reviews. The contractor fell through, they seemed more concerned with locking in a price over the phone than hearing what I needed. Collierville Flooring had made contact also, actually Collierville had made contact via Thumbtack two weeks before when I initially began my search. I was focusing on finding a Memphis area company. Little did I know who would save the day. Collierville Flooring Solutions came tot he rescue. Not only was my carpet picked up from the supplier by the company, the installation was completed day in advance! Professional and courteous are rare combination. Carpet installed in record time and some suggestions made that saved me money on the project. Everything that I needed was heard by the owner and everything I needed was provided. Good experiences are not often. I HIGHLY recommend COLLIERVILLE FLOORING SOLUTIONS.

CFS saved my house showing. The previous contractor was a no show 6 days before I was going out of town for 2 weeks and vinyl flooring needed to be installed in 4 rooms. We spoke on a Saturday afternoon and he was out Saturday evening to give the estimate we agreed on price and the crew was out on Monday to do the job. The work was completed in 1 day which was a huge bonus for me.

I contacted him Friday evening, he was here Saturday morning with samples and to measure - and this was on the day of the huge Memphis vs SMU football game! I hired him on Sunday. Because of the square footage (1,300) and overall job - removing glued down wood, carpet and the fixtures of a half bath, replacing, adding and painting quarter round, he told me it might take up to 7-9 days. His crew came Thursday and everything was done on Sunday! So, basically took a week from hiring him and they were done! Beautiful! Love it! Highly recommend!
