Introduction: Hi, I am Elaine Lim, a performing pianist, educator and a performance coach. I have a Bachelor and a Masters degree in piano performance, at University of Santo Tomas and University of Memphis, respectively. I graduated with a Performance Diploma in Piano at University of Denver, and now I am a doctorate student in James Madison University, majoring in Performance, Pedagogy and Literature in Piano. I teach piano of all levels, from the basic note-reading to competition preparation. I have more than 10 years of teaching experience, currently teaching at James Madison University Group Piano Class for undergraduates.
I find satisfaction in helping students discover and enjoy music. Also, I love solving problems that each individual might have.
