- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't require down payment to reserve your booking as of the moment but full payment is required on or before the day of the event before we get started. Our original price are usually final unless extra equipment or travelling is involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different depending on their need. We always ask what is the most important part that needs to be done and we prioritize that while balancing the rest of requirement with the job. The customer's objective is our focus.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My current career path is focused on Web Development. I have been programming for 4 years now and Photography/Videography has been my outlet and lately I've developed great interest in it. I started reading about it, practicing and integrating my love for technology to this creative field. I can see myself pursuing this extra interest in the creative field for years to come.
