- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would like to take this opportunity to clarify some of the factors that contribute to our pricing. Our team of professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We use only the best materials and equipment to ensure that your renovation project meets the highest standards of quality and durability. Furthermore, our pricing includes all aspects of the project, including labor, materials, permits, and project management. We believe in transparency and are committed to delivering a final product that meets your expectations and budget. If you have any specific concerns or questions about our pricing, we would be happy to discuss them with you. We are confident that our quote represents the best value for the quality of work that we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off we would like to get in contact with you via a phone call to discuss your needs and see if we would be a good fit. Following our phone call we would set up an initial free consultation to look at the project site and discuss details. If enough information is on hand after our first meeting we can present a rough estimate range. Once you have decided you are comfortable with our estimate range and us a team we work together to put together a detailed scope of work to present to you a construction contract with an exact price outlining what we are and are not doing. Once the document is signed and 20% deposit is collected we start construction at the agreed upon date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor in Business Management from the University of Memphis. Experience working with other successful general contractors in the Memphis Area.
