- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $10.00 for the first 15 miles and $10.00 more for every 10 miles to come to your place which includes 1 hour of diagnosis to come up with a remedy. After we determined what needs to be done I charge $60.00 for each service. I also have a deal where I charge a $100.00 flat fee and I'll fix anything wrong with your device. I also tutor for $20.00 and build computers for $60.00 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to find out how they use their device, what they use it for, what they expect from it, and what are the easiest ways to communicate with them. From there we go on with addressing their device issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in the Computer field I have an CompTIA A+ certification. I've been working on computers and continue to self teach for over 25 years now.
