FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of service and we have many options so as to fit any particular client. We offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions as well as semi-private, group classes, and even online training. Our nutrition services range from diagnostic testing, personal consultations, and our full coaching program. Some services are monthly, while others are per session or per test.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client's needs always come first. For this reason, the initial consultation is designed to get to know my client's needs, goals, and any medical limitations. Working together we come up with a plan that will meet not only to meet their needs but to start the process of becoming healthier and fit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My number one goal is to be a professional and competent at what I do. I have a Master's in Business Administration, which is instrumental in developing best business practices and customer satisfaction. I am also an American Council on Exercise certified trainer, Health Coach, and functional training specialist. I am also an EXOS Sports Performance Specialist and TRX suspension training qualified. However, the greatest asset is that at Progressive Health and Performance we work as a team to give each client the best possible results!
