The cleaning we received was by no means a "deep clean". So much dust and dirt was missed and there was even a piece of their mop in the corner. Many surfaces weren't touched and the price was huge. Also, the website on their business card doesnt exist, which is a red flag to me. Will not use again. The people that came were super sweet and great people but I'm not impressed with the cleaning.

Our website works perfectly fine. You should check your Internet connection. You did not pay for a deep clean you needed help cleaning up after a party. You did not pay for a deep clean. You were cheap and haggled us down on the price and then expected more than what you paid for.
