This makes it a lifestyle change, not a diet. I really enjoy seeing customers results and confidence increase as they hit milestones. Many will notice energy levels increasing, and desire to stay active increasing as well.

Well one thing I can say is she is one of the few people here that doesn't view her job as a job and takes it to heart and is actually genuine in wanting to make people healthy and that is one of the reasons why I push to come every day one thing that is largely overlooked is nutrition

I have been working with Candace for about 4 months to help me prepare for a fitness competition. She has been extremely knowledgeable and done a great job of helping me reach my nutrition/fitness goals! Candace has been very available to answer questions and explain things so I understand the changes my body will be going through. I would highly recommend her services!

Candace is amazing - full of knowledge, recalls facts and information also she is an active listener. Her clients get her full attention and she tailors your nutritional needs to your body and adjusts the clients need as needed!! I love her enthusiasm and happy spirit which come from the love she has for what she does!

My experience with Candace has been nothing short of enjoyable. What started as a 30 minute free trial turned into so much more. She is always there for me whenever I have a question or need something. My previous coach just threw numbers at me and never explained anything. Candace takes the time to explain the process. She knows what my goals are and she takes that into consideration when figuring my macros. She checks in with me consistently so I never feel like I am left doing this alone. She is very personable and a lot of fun to be around. She always makes me smile even on my low carb days :) I would recommend Candace to anyone and I would chose her every time.
