Introduction: My personal training and sport specific training stem from my background in athletics. I am a former division 2 college athlete with a bachelors degree in exercise science and an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. I have worked in the public gym setting as well as private sector where I have experience training those who want to lose weight, gain muscle, stay fit, gaining strength after surgery, sport specific, as well as the geriatric population. What makes my job so rewarding is being able to transform the body and minds of those who are looking to better theirselves. Whether it is mentally or physically, seeing the change and the excitement that comes with helping someone become successful in their own way, is all I need to continue to do what I do!

Brandon is an excellent trainer. He has helped me gain the knowledge of proper strength training. He also helped me with nutritional concerns I was having with my diet. I have been extremely pleased with his individual based training. I have lost some pounds and gained some definition in my body!
