Over the last 12 weeks I have been able to see and reflect on all aspects of my life. Kelly taught me new and different techniques to control my emotions, thoughts, and actions. This journey has helped me to create new positive habits and outlooks on life. Journaling and meditations have become part of my daily routine as well as, creating a daily schedule for myself to help prevent the overwhelmed feeling I felt before working with Kelly. Without Kelly, her coaching and all the techniques she taught me I would still be stuck in the past and struggling to make it through each day as I had in the past. Kelly was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and just to be there when I was struggling emotionally. Words can not how blown away I am by Kelly's services. I have been working with Kelly for almost 4 months now and I feel like I am not only getting to where I want to be,but also understanding what it going on currently. There is a zero judgment zone with her and I never feel like I have to "say what she wants to hear". She is very empathetic and really works on helping you figure out what your goals are in life and how to get there. The self work you do with her helps you tackle those inner demons that is sometimes too hard to handle on your own. Believe me, it is tough work,but if you are open to the process and with her -you will eventually overcome your obstacles. Totally worth it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer FREE Mini-Sessions Always! This is a great way to get to know a potential coach before hiring them. I have 3 program levels: one-time coaching, a 6-week program, and monthly coaching.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we always start off with a free mini-session. Finding the right Coach is crucial to your success, so I want to make sure we click well before moving forward with coaching. After the mini-session, if you decide to move forward, we'll discuss which program is right for you and at that point we'll collect your contact info. Next, you'll receive (via email) an invoice and once that's paid, I'll send you the link to book your session(s). At the time of your session(s), you will receive a call from me. And Viola! That's it. Simple, easy process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from Penn State with a Minor in Sociology. With that, I obtained 3 years of counseling experience at a local Juvenile Detention center. During my employment there, I received extensive counseling training and was even selected to help support another facility near Philadelphia, PA. Fast-forward to 2015, I launched my Professional Organizing business and began coaching clients while organizing their homes. Now, in 2018, I've decided to make Coaching my full-time gig passing along my organizing business to my lead organizer.
