- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer FREE Mini-Sessions Always! This is a great way to get to know a potential coach before hiring them. I have 3 program levels: one-time coaching, a 6-week program, and monthly coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we always start off with a free mini-session. Finding the right Coach is crucial to your success, so I want to make sure we click well before moving forward with coaching. After the mini-session, if you decide to move forward, we'll discuss which program is right for you and at that point we'll collect your contact info. Next, you'll receive (via email) an invoice and once that's paid, I'll send you the link to book your session(s). At the time of your session(s), you will receive a call from me. And Viola! That's it. Simple, easy process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from Penn State with a Minor in Sociology. With that, I obtained 3 years of counseling experience at a local Juvenile Detention center. During my employment there, I received extensive counseling training and was even selected to help support another facility near Philadelphia, PA. Fast-forward to 2015, I launched my Professional Organizing business and began coaching clients while organizing their homes. Now, in 2018, I've decided to make Coaching my full-time gig passing along my organizing business to my lead organizer.
