Thank you letting us know how you feel about the current situation of the lawn. I just want you to know we are working very hard to bring your yard back to its best state possible. We have already applied two fertilizer rounds two different times, treated for insects and weeds. We believe that your lawn was temporarily stressed due to drought and commercial mowers came through and left patterned marks in those areas, which we have no control over.
