Will is a gifted and versatile pianist who excels in both classical and jazz music. I heard him perform on numerous occasions at the University of Maine, and was always very impressed with his artistry. Will is also an accomplished accompanist. For two and a half years, he served as the Assistant Accompanist for the University Singers at my request (I am the faculty accompanist for this ensemble). In this capacity, he played for sectional rehearsals, and filled in for me when I was traveling and unable to attend rehearsals. He did an excellent job in this role. Before his recent move to Arizona, Will was the Music DIrector at the Old Town United Methodist Church, where he directed and accompanied a Youth Choir and Adult Choir and played the piano for worship services. It is unusual to find an undergraduate student who has the necessary skills to handle these responsibilities. However, I know many individuals who attend this church, and the feedback that I received from them was unanimously positive and complimentary. In addition to his skills at the keyboard, Will is also an excellent singer who provided leadership in his section while he was a member of the University Singers. He was also a valued member of the Maine Steiners, a male a capella group, and created many impressive arrangements for this group. He represented the University of Maine admirably in his many performances throughout the state with this group. Will has turned pages for me at faculty recitals on many occasions. I have asked him to do this because of his great skill in reading music, and because he is mature individual that I can trust to be on time and to focus on the task at hand while on stage. In addition to his admirable skills as a musician, I have found Will to be a reliable and dependable individual who willingly takes on any task that he is asked to do. He will be an asset to any organization or institution with which he is associated. Will was a blessing for my son, who studied piano with him from ages 4 to 6. Will has high expectations, yet is patient, kind, and always encouraging. My son greatly enjoyed his piano lessons and would still be studying with Will if he had not left our area. Highly recommended!

Will is one of the most talented people I have ever known....from singing at casual family events to singing with the Maine Steiner's. I have always been amazed at his talent. I have never walked away from any event with out a smile on my face and saying that young man has talent and I can't wait until the next event! Music is an ever-evolving field and must be kept up with in order to stay relevant. I always search for the newest article in music and try it out.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started playing at the age of four and never looked back. It has always been a passion of mine and I want to share my passion with others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Teaching lessons is normally what I do but I have directed choirs, taught at high school, and performed in many different venues.
