- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple Home Comfort takes every effort to make their heating and cooling prices "simple". We have an upfront flat rate price book that we show to our customers which ensures them that we are not creating prices as we go. All employees are paid hourly, therefore they do not need to sell you something to make a paycheck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether new or existing all of Simple Home Comfort customer's are treated with respect, quality and service that is expected when we are invited into your home. There is no difference if you have been our customer for many years or this is your first time using us, you and your home will always be treated with the respect you deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees that work for Simple Home Comfort are fully trained to industry standards. They are EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certified to handle all types of refrigerant that your system may need. Factory trained and certified on all new equipment. Employees at Simple Home Comfort are always continuing their education as new and more efficient systems and tools are introduced to the market.
