- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I prefer we discuss expectations. Obviously, you’re a busy professional whom has limited time; a few questions and discussion of expectations serves perfection for me. I always deliver regardless of conversation, however, a conversation helps identify any additional details requested.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Religious beliefs may have left you with strict usage of products... perhaps you’re a student with limited time for cleaning... I am able to be the person you need for these specific issues
