- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing for 1) Deep clean is a flat rate up to two hours, then hourly after 2) Recurring clean is a flat fee by house size, discounted by recurrence
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact will introduce our business, service areas and type of cleaning through our website or tri-fold brochure mailer. After almost 20 years in business, we have a good idea of the time to clean a 1500 or 4000 square foot home on a recurring basis. New customers are contacted by us to create an account and schedule a cleaning along with your preferred method of contact. At least one day prior to your visit, we will send an email reminder to ensure you're aware we have a team coming the next day, then one day prior we can send a text reminder as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners have worked in the business, accounting and corporate environments for over 20 years prior to this business. The business works with previously trained cleaners and offers quarterly updates in new products and/or techniques. We participate in Cleaning for a Reason, a non-profit offering a couple free cleanings to cancer patients while undergoing treatment.
